PRICING

The Asset Register is priced at NZ $350.00 + gst.

This price includes all updates for Version 1.0.

Any changes made in an effort to perfect the facilities and features
already offered in this package will be considered part of Version 1.0

Version 2.0 will only be released when new facilities and features are added,
and significant enhancements are made to existing features and facilities.


LOADING YOUR DATA INTO YOUR NEW ASSET REGISTER

If you would like us to load all your existing data into your new Asset Register
we are more than happy to do this. Often this can be a stumbling block for
people who would like to adopt the new program but don't have the time or are
not entirely sure about how to transfer their existing data.

Because we know the program so well and are familiar with tab seperated files etc
we can achieve this quickly and easily and with a large degree of accuracy.

We have a standard charge of NZ $50.00 + gst/hr to organise your data into the
correct format and load it into the Asset register database. Your data must be in a
format suitable for us to work with like a spread sheet, comma seperated, tab seperated
etc, contact us for more information regarding this. Normally this will take us approx
two hours to complete.

How Would This Work ...?
Simply send or email us your existing data, and we will send you back ( either on CD
or Email ) your Asset Register loaded with your data, ready to use.

suit your needs. Email or phone us with any queries you might have.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made either by check or credit card. Check is probably most appropriate
for customers inside New Zealand. International customers are probably better to use
credit card. New Zealand customers paying by check can be sent an invoice by mail,
or emailed an invoice in pdf format.

Processing of credit card purchases are handled by www.kagi.com. Kagi is one of the Internet's
most established and well known third party credit card processing sites. Kagi provides facilities
for vendors and purchases on the internet to interact in a secure and reputable environment,
regardless of nationality. For you to purchase a license for the Asset Register via credit card,
the link below will direct you to our store front hosted by the Kagi web site. Here you enter
purchasing and credit card details. Your payment will be paid to kagi.com. Kagi will notify us
via email immediately, providing us with your details etc ( NOT credit card details, just email
and address etc if applicable ) and we then send you your registration key. Once everyone
is happy, kagi pay us. As far as security issues go, one would presume Kagi's procedures
are as good as it gets, as this is very reason vendors like ourselves use them.
